AlertVU is used at Vanderbilt to alert all students, faculty and staff in the event of an emergency that poses an imminent threat or danger to the Vanderbilt community. AlertVU notifications are always delivered to the user鈥檚 Vanderbilt email address, and users may also elect to receive notifications via mobile phone (voice or text), landline or a personal email address.听
