In November 2024, Vanderbilt IT applied retention policies for Microsoft Teams and Exchange/Outlook deleted items. As announced, alongside those changes, VUIT will apply an email retention policy this spring that automatically purges emails older than seven years from Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.Ìý
