This marks the first phase of People, Culture and Belonging’s Futures Learning Hub, which includes a state-of-the-art blend of digital and physical spaces aimed at enhancing professional, leadership, technical and compliance skills.

Phases of the Futures Learning Hub:
- Phase 1: Digital Marketplace: Access 45,000 online courses in 50 languages via Oracle Learning Hub.
- Phase 2: Live Experiences: Participate in immersive workshops, hands-on sessions and real-world scenarios that boost peer learning and teamwork.
- Phase 3: Virtual Adventures: Explore virtual tours, 3D worlds and VR/AR experiences that sharpen decision-making and problem-solving skills through quick, impactful learning.
